Jorge A. Ramos
Business Development & International Trade
Jorge is a management and entrepreneurial leader with 30 years of experience developing business, building market value, and launching products and services in the international marketplace.
He is a relationship builder who creates stakeholder awareness and opportunities reaching as far as Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Through research and engaging communication, Jorge promotes and manages national and international projects to successful and efficient outcomes.
In the innovation fields he has promoted and executed the commercialization and entrepreneurial training for a number of projects and programs, aligning interested markets to advance and develop new products and technologies.
As an entrepreneur and businessperson, he has started and managed businesses in the industrial supplies, retail, logistics, and construction materials sectors.
Benjamin Hernandez
Commercial Real Estate
With a decade of dedicated experience in commercial real estate representation, Benjamin Hernandez has built a practice focused on delivering strategic value to users across multiple sectors.
As a representative of buyers and tenants for the past ten years, he has served the needs of industrial and logistics users, aerospace and advanced manufacturing firms, retail tenants, and supply chain entrepreneurs across Arizona, as well as nationally and internationally.
Benjamin specializes in tenant leasing and buyer representation for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse properties, bringing deep market insight and expertise in agency representation, occupier strategy, investment advisory, and development consulting.
Over the course of his career, Benjamin has completed hundreds of lease and purchasing transactions, representing more than 250,000 square feet of industrial, retail, and office space, and facilitating millions of dollars in client transactions.
A graduate of Arizona State University's Master of Real Estate Development program, Benjamin is a founding member of the Arizona Spaceport Alliance, a nonprofit effort to establish an FAA permitted launch site in Arizona.
Jim Goldman
Mergers & Acquisitions
Jimmy Goldman is currently involved in mergers and acquisitions and is starting an anti-terrorism software application in the area of water distribution for municipalities.
With a background as a former elected official in El Paso, TX, a lobbyist and community organizer, a global business development director of a supply chain development company, and a Senior Planning Data and Public Relations Specialist, his career has taken him to various government and private sector organizations across the globe in North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Central America.
He holds a BBA degree in Organizational Management from the University of Texas El Paso. Jimmy has volunteered in the Houston area as the Lead Mentor at Texas Children's Hospital, a director of a Little League with children with special needs, and was the Vice Chairman of IWRP Citizen Task Force in Sugar Land, TX developing a long-range water use plan.
He is now the Southeast Regional Representative for Operation Benjamin.
